Stags
1st July – 20th October.
Prices: from £400 plus VAT per stag. Stags may be retrieved from the hill with ponies, a traditional method.
Hinds
21st October – 15th February.
Prices: from £200 plus VAT per day.
Rifle hire available through the estates.
Woodcock Shooting
1st September – 31st January
Prices from £150 – £200 plus VAT per gun per day.
Some guests bring their own guns, but guns can be hired through the estates.
Clay Shooting
For those in need of some practice, or just for fun, we can arrange clay shooting – again on one of the nearby estates.
£20 per gun ( includes gun hire, 25 clays and cartridges)
